Peji strives to change the way we view breathing, including those of us who heavily focus on high-intensity activities and have lifestyle stress factors that cause us to neglect our breathing. His immersive sessions take you through a powerful breathwork journey and Cold Water Thermogenesis (Ice Baths), leaving you feeling balanced and energized.

We offer a range of amenities to support your fitness journey, including spacious workout areas, quality equipment, locker rooms, and showers. Plus, you’ll have access to specialized training zones tailored to each of our diverse class offerings.

Our gym operates from early morning to late evening, with classes starting as early as 6am and the last session beginning at 8:15pm. Class durations range from 30 minutes to 2 hours, so you’ll find flexible options throughout the day.
