The Protocol

Pace-broken intervals engineered for race-day output.

Anaerobic Run is a race-day engine builder for anyone chasing a serious cardiovascular ceiling. The session blends broken interval running on the SkillMill with weighted carries, sled work and short metabolic finishers — all programmed against your individual pace zones.

What To Expect

Inside The Session.

01

Phase 01 · Pace Calibration

8 min progressive warm-up. Coach sets your target zones for the session based on your last test.

02

Phase 02 · Anaerobic Block

4 rounds of broken 1km efforts paired with sled push and burpee broad-jumps. Threshold work, no junk volume.

03

Phase 03 · Compromised Carries

Farmer carries, sandbag lunges and wall balls under fatigue — the part that wins races.

04

Phase 04 · Down-Shift

Nasal-breath cool-down, mobility flow and a clear cue for tomorrow's session.

The Fine Print

FAQ.

01 Do I need Hyrox experience?
No. Around 40% of the room are first-timers using it as a high-quality conditioning session.
02 What pace will I be expected to run?
Whatever YOUR threshold pace is — calibrated in your intro session and re-tested every 6 weeks.
03 How heavy are the sleds?
Loads are individualised. We scale from 40kg up to competition weight (152kg men / 102kg women).
04 Can I do this back-to-back with another class?
Yes, but pair it with mobility or thermal recovery, not another high-output session.
