During this 60 minute heated class, we flow through a dynamic and energetic set of movements. The room is heated to approx. 30-35 degrees Celsius & 50% humidity. The combination of heat/humidity work together to help your body stretch/lengthen and restore from the inside-out. Each class will help link breath and movement, deepen the connection of mind and body, and bring a greater consciousness to your subtle body. This class is accessible for beginners, yet challenging for experienced yogis who may choose more challenging variations of the postures.

We offer a range of amenities to support your fitness journey, including spacious workout areas, quality equipment, locker rooms, and showers. Plus, you’ll have access to specialized training zones tailored to each of our diverse class offerings.

Our gym operates from early morning to late evening, with classes starting as early as 6am and the last session beginning at 8:15pm. Class durations range from 30 minutes to 2 hours, so you’ll find flexible options throughout the day.
