With a background as a Division 1 freestyle wrestler and an academic foundation that includes a Master’s degree in Sports Psychology, Seena brings a unique blend of athletic performance and scientific expertise to the field. His professional focus lies in developing advanced training systems that combine strength, endurance, and mobility for athletes and clients across all levels.

Julien’s fitness journey started at 12 years old in South Africa. After moving to Europe at age 15, he climbed his way up and joined a national leagues basketball team before taking a stab at the corporate world… turns out, stillness is not in Julien’s vocabulary.

Julien focuses on athlete training and specializes in HIIT! He is also know for funky vibes – once he’s on, the fire is on!
