Our Hyrox (Strength & Endurance) session is a high volume workout that involves a programmed series of functional workouts, aerobic/ anaerobic thresholds, and Hyrox/Competition specific conditioning!

The class focuses on improving strength, endurance, and overall fitness levels. The class also promotes agility, coordination, and gymnastics through its diverse range of movements.

The atmosphere is energetic, motivational, and fosters a sense of teamwork and community among participants. Mental and physical preparation for upcoming competitions all year around!

We currently don’t offer personal training services, but our group classes are led by expert instructors who provide guidance and support to help you achieve your fitness goals.

We offer a range of amenities to support your fitness journey, including spacious workout areas, quality equipment, locker rooms, and showers. Plus, you’ll have access to specialized training zones tailored to each of our diverse class offerings.

Our gym operates from early morning to late evening, with classes starting as early as 6am and the last session beginning at 8:15pm. Class durations range from 30 minutes to 2 hours, so you’ll find flexible options throughout the day.
