This unique event encompasses dynamic warm-up exercises, a refreshing 45min easy zone 2/3 run, and a soothing cool-down, all aimed at promoting physical well-being and fostering a sense of community.

Whether you are a seasoned runner or just starting your fitness journey, this event is open to individuals of all ages and abilities. So, come on out, embrace the beautiful morning air, and let’s get moving together!

We currently don’t offer personal training services, but our group classes are led by expert instructors who provide guidance and support to help you achieve your fitness goals.

We offer a range of amenities to support your fitness journey, including spacious workout areas, quality equipment, locker rooms, and showers. Plus, you’ll have access to specialized training zones tailored to each of our diverse class offerings.

Our gym operates from early morning to late evening, with classes starting as early as 6am and the last session beginning at 8:15pm. Class durations range from 30 minutes to 2 hours, so you’ll find flexible options throughout the day.
