The classes that Lola guides are Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Prenatal — designed to regulate the nervous system, strengthen, stretch, and help you release what’s weighing you down.

She sets the tone with scent, sound, light, and energy to make each session feel intentional and nurturing. One of Lola’s students’ favorite parts? Her hands-on support and soothing massage moments that help you melt, realign, and feel extra cared for.

We currently don’t offer personal training services, but our group classes are led by expert instructors who provide guidance and support to help you achieve your fitness goals.

We offer a range of amenities to support your fitness journey, including spacious workout areas, quality equipment, locker rooms, and showers. Plus, you’ll have access to specialized training zones tailored to each of our diverse class offerings.

Our gym operates from early morning to late evening, with classes starting as early as 6am and the last session beginning at 8:15pm. Class durations range from 30 minutes to 2 hours, so you’ll find flexible options throughout the day.
